PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: 90 DAYS plus 30 DAYS

The purpose of this guarantee is to ensure customer satisfaction from your Small Wonder system following a reasonable period from installation. You must have tried the Small Wonder during at least three months of continuous operation. If you believe that the unit is not operating correctly you must contact your supplier before disconnecting the system. Your supplier may be able to advice on an alternative method of installation. Should he be unable to assist in resolving the problem by system modification or upgrade, then you will be offered a refund of the unit price on return of the unit in good condition.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: The Small Wonder system will prevent or highly reduce accumulation of scale in your pipes, faucets, showerheads water heaters and all other water appliances. If you are not satisfied with the results, call or email our company within four months from delivery, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return the unit undamaged shipping prepaid and you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Note: The Small Wonder system will also remove existing scale, during the first 30 to 60 days you can expect old scale to flake off and come out through your faucets, make sure you keep the aerator screens clean! After this cleansing period the full benefits of Small Wonder will be experienced.

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Small Wonder products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for (2) two years from date of installation. Scalewatcher North America Inc. will, at its election, repair or replace defective units within two (2) years after installation. Scalewatcher North America is not responsible for removal or installation costs or for failure or malfunction of any other electrical or water appliance or device other than the Small Wonder electronic water conditioner.

To obtain warranty service contact Scalewatcher North America Inc. in writing to Scalewatcher North America Inc., 345 Lincoln Street, Oxford, PA 19363 USA, by calling +1 (800) 504-8577 or by email to support@small-wonder.info To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), by supplying date and proof of purchase, the Small Wonder unit serial number found on the back of the unit, then return the product, freight prepaid, to Scalewatcher North America Inc. 345 Lincoln Street Oxford, PA 19363 USA indicating the RMA number on the label.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES IN THE U.S., DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES IN THE U.S. DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO SMALL WONDER ELECTRONIC WATER CONDITIONERS SOLD WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO.

Warning:
Do not immerse in water.
Removing the back plate will void the Warranty and Performance Guarantee.
